Leadership

Senior people. Personally accountable.

Every Veda Software engagement has named senior ownership — a person, not a team inbox. You deal directly with the people who carry the decisions; there is no account-manager wall to talk through.

The people

The names that carry the accountability.

Rian Patel

Rian Patel

Managing Director & Founder

Rian leads Veda Software’s commercial direction. His focus is the reason a piece of software should exist: the business outcome it must produce, the product thinking behind it, and the partnerships and venture arrangements that make it viable. He works closely with funded ventures and with research teams turning ideas into commercial products.

Callum Wilkinson

Callum Wilkinson

Technical Director

Callum is accountable for the engineering. He sets the architecture, owns solution design and holds every build to the same production-readiness bar — from new AI software to the modernisation of systems other teams have left behind. If Veda Software ships it, Callum has reviewed it.

In practice

How leadership shows up in delivery.

Seniority is a working arrangement, not an org chart. Three behaviours you can hold us to.
  1. 01

    Senior review on every build

Nothing reaches production without senior technical review. Quality control is modern engineering with human judgement — a leadership responsibility, not a checklist item.

  2. 02

    Direct access to decision-makers

You speak to the people who set direction and write the standards. Questions are answered by whoever is accountable for the answer.

  3. 03

    Escalation without friction

If something feels wrong, you raise it once — to a named senior owner with the authority to act on it.

Speak to a decision-maker

Start with the people who own the outcome.

Tell us about your project and you will hear back from a named senior person — with a view on the work, not a pitch.
