We establish priorities, baseline measures and an initial roadmap within your monthly days.
Three months, then rolling monthly. 30 days’ written notice applies after the initial term.
Unused days expire at the end of each month. Weekly figures describe a typical rhythm; your monthly allowance is the commitment.
Onboarding is included in the monthly price. All monthly prices exclude VAT.
The initial commitment is three months, then rolling monthly. Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice and takes effect at the end of a monthly billing period after the initial term.
Onboarding, delivery, consulting, reviews and training all use your monthly days. Unused days expire at the end of each month. Travel for the listed on-site reviews is included across the UK mainland. Other travel and third-party software, cloud and API costs are agreed separately before they are incurred.
Support times mean acknowledgement during Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm UK time, excluding UK bank holidays. Resolution work uses your monthly days.

£995 + VAT
A standalone review of where your business loses time, money or visibility, with a prioritised roadmap. It is optional before a partnership; its fee is not automatically credited against later work.
